Student & Parent FAQs

Common Questions & Transparent Answers

Everything students and parents need to know about costs, conditions, and requirements.

1. What are the textbook and study material delivery charges?

For all Korean language students registered with OneAsia, physical printed textbooks, workbooks, and flashcard sets include FREE doorstep courier delivery islandwide across Sri Lanka. For university applicants, official admission certificates from South Korea are couriered via international DHL Express included within your service tier.

2. How are payments and service charges structured?

We operate strictly on transparent stage payments tied to milestones (Registration & Translation → University Application & Acceptance → Consular Visa Filing). Official university tuition fees are paid directly to the Korean university's bank account.

3. Can I work in South Korea while studying?

Yes. South Korean immigration regulations allow D-2 degree students who hold basic Korean proficiency (TOPIK 2 or 3) to work legally up to 20 to 30 hours per week during academic semesters, and unlimited hours during summer and winter breaks.

4. What bank balance is required for the Korean Embassy?

Korean consular rules typically require bank funding proof of approximately USD 8,000 to USD 10,000 for regional universities, and USD 18,000 to USD 20,000 for universities in the Seoul metropolitan area. Our team assists your family with legitimate financial document auditing and sworn affidavits.
